Refund Policy

Order Cancellation & Modification Policy
At BLACKPINKMERCH, we understand that you may change your mind after placing an order. To ensure timely fulfillment, we process orders rapidly. Therefore:

You may request to cancel or modify your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been shipped.
Once the order has entered the packaging or shipping phase, it can no longer be canceled or modified.

Cancellation Fee
Please note that a 6.9% + $1 fee will be deducted from the refund amount for all canceled orders. This fee covers charges incurred from our payment provider, warehouse processing, and platform service costs.

Refund Policy
Your satisfaction is our top priority. You are eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:

• The product was not delivered within the guaranteed timeframe (45 business days, excluding 2–5 days for processing)

• You received an incorrect item or your order arrived damaged or defective

To request a refund, please contact us at service@blackpinkmerch.us within 14 days of delivery. You must provide your order number, your name, and photo or video evidence of the issue (e.g., unboxing footage or pictures of the defect).
Shipping fees for exchanges caused by our error will be covered by us.

Refunds for Non-Defective Products
If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind or incorrect purchase, the following conditions apply:

• The product must be unused, in its original condition, and with its original packaging intact

• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer

• A refund will be issued after the returned item is received and inspected

Return Policy
To initiate a return, please contact us at service@blackpinkmerch.us within 30 days of the purchase date or within 14 days of receiving the product, whichever is later.

Returned items must be:

• In original condition

• Unused

• Contain all original packaging and components

Returns must be sent with prepaid postage. If the return is due to incorrect sizing, you are responsible for the original shipping cost as well as the cost of return.

Once the item is received and approved by our team, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 1–10 business days. Actual crediting time depends on your payment provider.

Exchange Policy
We will provide a replacement at no additional cost if the item is lost in transit or delivered to the wrong address due to a carrier error.

If the address was entered incorrectly at checkout, and this results in delivery failure, the customer must bear the cost of reordering and reshipping.

Limitations and Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or replacements will not be issued under the following conditions:

• Delivery failed due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

• Delays caused by customs or unforeseen natural events

• Size issues resulting from incorrect selection, despite a clear size chart being provided

• Items from non-refundable categories such as electronics or custom/pre-order items (unless defective)

• Requests made after the return period

• Returns sent without prior notification and approval

Undeliverable Orders
In case your package is returned due to delivery failure, we will notify you by email as soon as we receive notice from the carrier. Please double-check your shipping details before placing an order.
